We start with a pre-treatment solution which emulsifies and soliloquizes the foot and pet oils in the carpet. These hard to clean oils trap dirt, dust and food particles. After the pre-treatment has been applied, the loosened debris is lifted to the surface which enhances the steam cleaning process.

We DO NOT use carpet shampoos because the PH level is neutral and it leaves a sticky soapy residue. Our professional carpet cleaner solutions have a much higher PH level which enables the steam cleaning machine to break through the grease and oil, allowing the dirt to be extracted from the carpet. Carpets should be professionally cleaned at least once per year and more often when pets are present.

Fabric deodorizers only mask odors for a very short period of time and do not actually clean the urine and other stains out of the carpets.
