Our equipment is custom made, as we've learned from 32 years experience how much moisture is needed, combined with state of the art cleaning solutions, to NOT over-wet the carpet while maximizing efficiency.
I start with a pre-treat which emulsifies and soliloquizes the foot and pet oils in the carpet that trap dirt, dust and food particles, loosens and lifts them to the surface which enhances the steam cleaning process.
WE DO NOT use shampoo because the PH level is neutral and it leaves a sticky soapy residue. The solutions I use have a much higher PH level which enables the steam cleaning machine to break through the grease and oil and extract the dirt from the carpet. Carpets should be cleaned at least once per year and more often when pets are present.

Carpet Protector.
Advancements in fluorochemical technology have improved the oil and stain repellency many fold. This means vacuuming is immensely more effective which enhances the life of the carpet while keeping it cleaner for longer.
When you spill something on most unprotected carpets, the fibers absorb the mess, creating stains or odors. Carpet protection works by repelling dirt from the carpet fibers and preventing them from absorbing the spills.
This is essential if you are trying to keep a healthy, clean looking carpet!

Carpet Sanitizer.
We have four different sanitizers to choose from depending on exactly what specifically we are trying to rid the carpet of, such as a specific sanitizer that attacks pet urine, and others for a myriad of pesky odors.
These products ARE NOT deodorizers which do absolutely nothing but mask odors for a very short period of time. Deodorizers are like a band-aid where sanitizer is equivalent to plastic surgery.
