THE GALAXY'S FINEST CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANING (the "Company", "We" or "Us"). encourages our customers and other interested parties to read these Terms (the "Terms"). TheseTerms describes how online bookings, deposits and promotional deals are handled on the website (the “Website”).

Booking Online

You can book any cleaning service directly on the website. When you booking a cleaning service on the website, we automatically collect certain information about you, including your full name, email address, phone number, physical address, and payment information.

Deposits

All online bookings require a $50 non-refundable deposit which is payable online at checkout. Your deposit will be used against the final cleaning invoice. All telephone bookings do not require a deposit.

Rescheduling and Canceling Bookings

You can manage you booking online under "my bookings" in your account. You can reschedule your booking once. You can reschedule your booking at least 24-hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Further rescheduling will require you to call us at: 773-202-1900. You can cancel your booking at least 24-hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Should the cleaning service be canceled the deposit will be available to be used against a future cleaning service. Cancelations must be re-booked with-in 30-days of the date you canceled the appointment. After 30-days you will loose your deposit. Your deposit will be used against the final cleaning invoice.

Refunds

All online deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cleaning Deals

We may from time-to-time offer certain promotional coupons and cleaning deals on the website. Deal can not be combined and are limited to one per person. We may without explanation cancel any coupon or deal at any time. To use a coupon when booking online you must enter the valid coupon code in the field provided prior to completing your booking. Coupons can not be used after the valid date. To use a coupon when booking by telephone you must quote the valid coupon code prior to booking your appointment.

Consent

By using the website, you consent to the website’s Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time-to-time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons; by publishing a new version on our website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes to these Terms.
